We make every effort to show sarees in their true colours, using basic lighting with no edits or filters. However, colour may look slightly different due to:

• Mobile-to-mobile variations (iPhone vs. Android, screen brightness settings)
• Lighting conditions (white light, yellow light, natural daylight at different times)

Because of these factors, minor differences may occur. Still, you can be assured that in 90% of cases, the saree you receive will look the same as what you see online.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a Complete unedited single unboxing video for verification.

We sincerely regret such situations. Please contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a refund or exchange once the product is returned in original condition.

We usually dispatch within 2–4 working days. Delivery time depends on your location, typically 5–10 business days within India.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Most sarees come with a running blouse piece (mentioned in product details). Falls, pico, and blouse stitching are not included, unless specified.

Most of our sarees are sourced directly from weavers. The saree-making process is detailed and time-consuming:

• Purchasing of grey (basic) fabric
• Dyeing and adding zari work
• Polishing & drying the fabric
• Final ironing & packaging

Since each step is done carefully by handloom artisans, restocks may take longer. This ensures you always receive authentic, fresh weaves straight from the loom.
